This MSC Musica cruise was just a chaotic cruise. You even fear for your own live at some points during the offshore excursions. No life vest, no paved roads, rough seas that were not mentioned about, and a culture of disorganization that blinded any positive experience. Unplanned, late every day including the departure day, and last minute changes were always the tendency in this ship. Not worth the money.

Loved the ports. Service on ship had to be improved...

Interesting ports in the Med. Rather an old ship.

If you're used to an American line don't touch MSC you'll regret it. The crew are rude, ship old and dirty, food is disgusting and everything is shambolic. MSC has a culture of not caring.

MSC does visit great ports if call. Ship (Musica) is beautiful and very clean. Food situation and most passenger movement (embarkation disembarkation snd queues for passports and for tendering to non port stops is chaotic.

The worst cruise we have ever been on, would never cruise on MSC again, very disorganised, staff not attentive as on other cruise lines. Poor entertainment, not very clean. Poor service with cold food in the restaurant with no rectification of it. No apology when things go wrong

Great ship, great itinerary but unfortunately MSC can't organize anything. MSC needs to look at how other cruise lines do things. Food was very poor standard. Overall we had a great cruise but MSC is not a cruise line I would recommend. I have cruised on many other lines and MSC would be on the bottom of list for me.

A wonderful trip full of memories to treasure, truly a Grand Voyage

This was my first cruise ever and I honestly had no idea what to expect! Well I can say that the entire experience was fantastic, from the quickness of boarding to the food to the staff! Absolutely everything was superb. I had the nicest housekeeping man looking after our cabin, which I shared with my gran. He was friendly and informative and I am so glad to have had someone as nice as him around! I got lost multiple times on board and found a map of the entire ship as I was leaving but honestly it was actually kind of fun getting lost because I got to discover different areas of the ship that I might not have gone to ordinarily. The food was something else, if I had the stomach space I would have gone back for second and third helpings! I highly recommend trying everything because you can and because it's too good to not try! I only got to see one show and on my last night but wow, what a show it was!!! The dancing and aerobatic performances were incredible! They had us laughing, amazed and in the end we were absolutely in awe! I would highly recommend seeing a show every night! During the excursion we took a little boat off to the second island for seafood and this did not disappoint! We stuffed our faces with prawns and other seafood and then washed it down with R n' R's before heading back to the first island to float in the beautifully flat swimming pool like ocean and shopping and then back on the boat. I am sad to be home but so glad to have experienced as much as I could in the 3 days I was aboard! I would highly recommend this trip to anyone!

So we’ve done this trip before on another ship and we were looking forward to this. What a change. So, it seems that MSC have learnt from the other SA cruises and we found far less variety in the food choices. Lots of bacon, eggs, pizza etc but less choices in general. Not up to the standard of the first cruise and way less that the Mediterranean cruise ships. Maybe we were being critical but there was a noticeable adjustment to catering for the SA market.

Love it so much we are going again next year!! We had so much fun and met new people!

Was the first time on the MSC Musica and we were very disappointed. Service was poor, there were many items out of stock, confusion between staff, etc

Really great cruise. Food very good and fresh. Entertainment good most of the evenings. Ship is very clean and cabins very quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

MSC knows how to host good parties. The shows are exceptional, the days on sea are full of exciting activities. Service can be improved. Guest Services staff are not always knowledgeable.

It was my first All Girls Cruise with my best friend of 30 years and my two teenage girls. We had such fun and have so many wonderful memories!

First time on the boat and it was TERRIBLE!! had to stand in rows to get food. The ship was understaff. Food bowls was not full quickly enough for all the people. Food was not so great. No available chair or tables at the pool area as well at the food. People don't use it for the right purpose

The Ship itself is in a great condition and is kept immaculate. It only has one specialty Restaurant (Japanese) though. The multi language announcements get tiresome. Food is not as good as other cruise lines unfortunately but restaurant experience with staff is good. Activities were lacking on our cruise but this may be because it was a repositioning cruise with a lot of sea days. Overall ok but not great.
