Food was fantastic... service good. Only negative is that 2of us sat at the table that ment to be for 9 people. Very awkward. They wouldn't move us.

Service was very bad. Except dining servants. Our room steward was changed without telling us. New room steward never introduced himself. Couple of days into cruise we asked for pool towels.... steward said he doesn't have clean ones. We called to reception...they said towels be there within a 5 min. We waited for an hour. Towels never arrived... Spa was disaster. Tiles falling of the walls. Saunas smelled very bad.Jacuzzis overheated... no drinking water. And girl at the reception said hi only once. Very unpleasant experience. Photo shop was unprofessional rude . Lost my pictures.. and when they found it they wanted to sell me for some weird price..very disappointed . When we asked for our bill printout they refused to do it. They said it will be delivered to our room at 4 am before last day...🙄
