Ship clean and staff good, some exceptional. Don't expect hot food anywhere on ship. Buffet and beverage stations close down at 9 pm so you can't get anything after seeing an 8pm show. Very few shops (4-5) aboard ship and expensive ($11.50) for a small shareable bag of M&Ms that cost at most $5 anywhere else. Everything closes up at 9pm, Gelato shop, stores, buffet, beverage stations.

The staff was excellent! Food however, was mediocre at best. Buffet food was always COLD! my entire group of 7 people ended of just eating fruit, and pastries and desserts (all of which were delicious!) and pizza if you waited for one to come straight right out of the oven.
Onboard Activities

Triva poolside and the kids aqua park. Someone had pooped in kids pool and grandson came down with conjunctivitis, I also saw other children from the pool area that day we went a few days later who also had conjunctivitis (as you know can be from feces)

Shows were absolutely spectacular. The 2 that we pre paid for were only $12 per person and were more than worth it. Amazing performances and performers!
Children's Programs

Oldest Grandchild tried twice, only stayed 1hour (we had gone to check on him to see how he was doing) and he was holding hands over ears and crying , music playing and kids screaming and it was extremely loud. The other child went once and they called after 1/2 hour to come get him because he was crying. You had to sign up the day before to bring them and pick which 2 hour spot you wanted. Because children were different ages, the times were never the same. My son and daughter in law were never able to put them both in so they could have some alone time together unless I took them.

Our room attendant (Ervin) was awesome, and Gede in the dining room (waves) was so wonderful to my grandsons. Took such great care of them. Both Ervin and Gede went above and beyond for us and we were very appreciative (left them both extra tips with thank you notes on last night of dinner and in morning when we exited our room)
The security level had been raised in Nassau and there had been ALOT of violent things happen there just days before we left on our cruise. We got off the ship, however, we stayed in Port area and went to the shops there. We were very disappointed. Shops were not anything we would want. I only ended up buying 4 t-shirts for my grandchildren, $45 and I wasn't even allowed to go through and look at them and pick what I wanted on my own. So 2 of the shirts didn't fit at all (way to small) and the other 2 were ok . Nothing I really liked , but there was nothing else I could buy for them there unless I bought a cheap junk toy that would brak as soon as I gave it to them.
No excursion, went to South Beach. Beautiful beach. Thought we might be able to get grandchildren some there. Nope. They had 4 shops, 1 was a soap and lotion shop (which was closed) the other was pocketbooks, jewelry, coffee cups and things like that, all very expensive. Again nothing 4 small grandchildren ages 4,3,and 2 two year Olds can use.
