Overall our experience was positive even though we didn't go to our original ports. We found out the night before that we would be traveling north instead of south due to weather. Half of the bookings were cancelled by other passengers which made our cruise less crowded. I think that if the ship was at full capacity we may not have had as good of a time as we did.

The staff was amazing! The food however was good but not great. There were a couple nights that my meal had so much fat I barely got any meat. Buffet was ok, lots of choices but some were cold.
Onboard Activities

We could not use the outside areas as it was too cold. We did use the gaming area and that was nice but bowling kept breaking. LOTS of trivia if you like that. Dancing in the promenade was always fun.

The shows were good. One of them was cancelled. The music around the boat was good too but they need more set lists. We heard the same songs multiple times.

They were always cleaning something. I never felt that the tables etc were dirty for more than a few minutes once someone vacated the area.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was big enough for 2-3 people. It would have been tight with 4. Our toilet broke 3 times and was fixed each time within 10 minutes. (it was the whole section of rooms that would go "offline" at the same time) There is a safe, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo in the room. There is not a lot of storage.

Check out the pub and the champagne bar. Book your shows as soon as you get on board...you can do it in the app.
We decided to do the express walk out. We checked our bill the night before but they gave refunds the morning of embarkation that we didn't know about until we couldn't get off the ship. We had to get out of line, wait in another line to get our refunds. This could have been easier if there was someone scanning at the beginning of the line before you walked out the door. There were multiple families that had this happen as I waited for ours to be done. Once off the ship the process was easy and fast.
Thanks for your review. The ship had a staff member scanning your ship card to see if you either owed money of would receive a credit when I sailed. They told me I had a refund. I had time to get out of line and go back to my spot in line. You were lucky not to have so many guests onboard.
