The specialty restaurants were very good however, we unfortunately had a dining room waiter that was less than adequate for a waiter/server. He was inconsiderate to us each evening we spent with him, so much so, we elected to do walk ins at another dining room

Fitness Center each day when not on excursions. Also did some jogging on the walk/run outdoor track

Disappointing as to how one has to sign up for tickets and its almost not worth it because the shows are no more than 35 mins.

Loved our room steward, Jason! He was wonderful! Took great pride in his work. Our Cabin always looked great and smelled heavenly.

Too big a layout. Both quality of service in food areas and quality of food in dining room areas suffered. Speciality Dining areas were nice

Would have preferred more shelf space. But overall with balcony, cabin was fine.
Ship tip
Don't go on the large ships...at some point, one will lose the quality of service and food due to cruising on larger ships.

Smaller MSC Ships are definitely better and you just feel like family instead of an ant maneuvering around a huge ship
If you know the waiter's name mention him and how bad your dining experience was in the online MSC Review. Otherwise he'll continue to be a terrible staff member to other guests.
