I would recommend MSC. Don't expect excellent food service in main dining room.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
I think you need more staff. In the approxomate25 meals in the main dining room, only one was without error. You shouldn't have to request syrup for pancakes, sweetener for tea, ketchup for french fries, or melted butter for lobster. And it often came near the end of the meal. I had a dish that was supposed to have plantain chips. My neighbor got it. I got a single slice of a baguette. Another dish was supposed tom have lime butter fondue. Not a sign of lime, butter or fondu,e.
Can you possible run out of sides and garnishes in the first dinner seating. Or is it just lazy. And please, provide malt vinegar with the fish & chips.
All personnel were gracious, friendly and very nice.
Pizza operation was one of the best I've seen with at least three pizza ovens.
Soft serve ice cream - the best operation I've seen.
Food labels at the buffet should be large enough to read from a few feet away (hot 8 inches).
Drinks were well prepared and reasonably priced.
Onboard Activities

Wanted to go to dance classes but instructor at the one I went to spent most of the time showing us dance steps none of us could do. (And he knew it). Teach a few basic steps and practice those.
Entertainment

Shows were great. Didn't care for the magic show.
Comedian was great. Should have more comedians.
Children's Programs

Beautiful ship. Very clean. Minor issue in stateroom taken care of when noticed by the housekeeper.

Great. But. This was second cruise with MSC. Both times the closet doors didn't slide too well.
Ship tip
Prepare for food service - as I described in food section.
Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, that ship has too many new employees with no prior experience because after the pandemic they hired basically anyone. Many of them have only been there a few months up to 8 months ( their contract period). They have no time to be trained and don't think in advance.
