My first time with MSC. I had to clean my own balcony when I arrived plus the trash was keep up the next day. I always had to check the app after I pay something because they will charge different or someone else. The menu app thing did not work for me sometimes was giving me problems and some places had menus and some did not. So I would walk out if my phone is not working and I can't get a menu. And the bar are selected not all bars service are the same drinks. So if I get something special I have to go to two different bars and sometimes I have to wait more than 40 minutes for a drink because theirs only 2 people working. Also I card on file . I never added my card on file because I was afraid of charges and then I had to fight with the bank. So when I did not add my card every where I go they would say out loud I did not have money on my account to add my card of file and everyone would hear it. I would feel ashamed everytime I go to the bar and hear that.

Poor. When i came in my room was dirty. I had trash from the other people that stayed their. I had to clean my balcony because it was sticky floor. And the bed frame on the back had dirty marks.

I ordered a Virgin pena colada and it did not taste good. And some bars you go to they don't have the same drinks. If you go to buffet bar they don't have the same as the Bamboo pool bar. So I had to go to different places for different drinks. And some of the workers that work on the bar did not know how to make a drink they had on their own menu.

Pools where busy, I only love the Bamboo pool. The activities on the deck 15 was with music then the would turn off the music or put it low when they finish the activities.

I did not add my debt card on file so when I wanted a drink, they would say it out loud I dont have money on my account that i need to add a card on file. Very time I got a drink and everyone would know at the bar. I also had to check my app after i got my drink because they would charge you with different drinks and other charges. Thats why i did not want put my card on file. Also the app was not working all the time and when you need a menu they will tell you go to the app and take a photo and it will show it. I could not get a paper menu and my phone was not working sometimes so I would walk out since I can't see the menu.

Ship tip
You would have to maybe clean your room. Pick up your trash/plates and put them where the area is for cleaning because once you get up from table other people will take your table fast so the other person will clean after you.
If you are not a yacht club member they don't care about you. Because they are in their golf cart they don't want you to walk in front of them . They will Hunk at you to get out the way. But ocean cay is beautiful.
Love it . You don't need to get out of port because you have a pool and shops. But you can take a taxi for $4 per person around town. No free beach ,Have to pay around $15 per person.
