Boarded with great expectations. But after all the negative experiences, departed with great disappointment.

Fast and efficient once a staff member noticed my obvious handicap. Then all was fine

Main dining room was terrible.. food choices were the leftovers from the buffet lunch selection. We were most disappointed with the “French onion soup”. A soup bowl ( not a crock) of canned broth, with a floating slice of white wonder bread (not a baguette) topped with a slice of American cheese! We speculated the chef was trained at WaffleHouse!
