There was a bad disconnect between delta and msc, it was my birthday cruise and it was stressful leading up to embarkation. Delta left out important information about shuttles and other things. We had to keep calling back and forth between them, as they told us to call the other one. I just think next time I will book directly through whatever cruise line I choose
Embarkation
4 out of 5
The experience was good, we moved through effortlessly only thing, my friend couldn't get a wheelchair until we got inside of the building.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
We only had the buffet included in the cruise and the food wasn't as good. in the evenings the skimmed on the pizza toppings giving you very little! The juices were all watered down. The taco specialty one was good.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
There weren't many activities but the pools were nice, and the karaoke. Also the pools closed at 8pm a lot earlier than other cruise ships!

Ship tip
You have to basically pay for everything even wifi, you don't get as much included with this cruise as you do with others.
It was ok, south beach was nice! But the island didn't have authentic bahamas food which was a disapointment. There weren't a lot of shops then we missed a day on the island because the ship couldn't dock. So we didn't have time to really explore the whole thing.
First time a heard of a cruise that only included the buffet. While there are alternative specialty restaurants which require additional payment there has always been a main dining room included in the cruise fare.
WiFi is not included on any mainstream cruise line unless part of a promotion. I have been to Ocean Cay 3 times this year and the had Jerk Chicken, Spare Ribs, Peas & Rice, fried plantains, spice cake, etc. on the buffet each time. It’s at the end of the buffet and many seem to miss it.
