Buffet was good, dining rooms were chaotic and food was not correctly described on the menu. Dining room manager was rude and curt.

Stage shows were somewhat entertaining however fake the singing was.

No children traveled with me

Room service has only one phone line, never got through to order. No ice machines and minimal linens in the room.

It was clean and it was not difficult to navigate on board

Bugs in the room. Possibly bed bugs appeared on the 3rd day.

Dont. Just dont. Pay a little more and go with a cruise company that has perfected luxury and customer service.

Thanks for the review. I’ve been on MSC twice this year and had a great experience and didn’t experience the things you mentioned. Ocean Cay is excellent and the best private island I’ve been to have any cruise line.
