We lost hot water within the first day of cruise for 2 days. First cirque show cancelled without advance notice and rescheduled for mid afternoon two days later. Guest services staff rude and obnoxiously unprofessional. Food was mediocre but our waiter in the main dining room was exceptional. Ocean cay cancelled without prior notice. Too many extra costs. Expected so much more from MSC.

Pools were overpacked. No place to sit. Teens had a nice time in teen center. Karaoke was ok. No karaoke for teens.

Saw both Cirque shows and the Rock n roll through the years show. Acrobatics in the cirque shows we’re good but don’t waste time with rock n roll show. It was painful.

This is a difficult one to answer. Our waiter in main restaurant was awesome. Our room steward was good but consistently forgot to please tissues, toilet paper and hand soap. Guest services was horrible. Staff rude and unprofessional. They simply did not care. Too many complaints to list.

Room was decent sized and clean. Beds were extremely firm (rock hard) which was fine for me but uncomfortable for my spouse.
Kitkatnicolo, Make certain you know exactly who you’re meeting and where before you get off ship. You’ll be met by many people claiming to be your ride to little French key. Had to walk a while before “finding” our driver and the ride was heart pounding to say the least. Once we finally arrived, all was good. The ferry ride over was calm and pretty. The island itself was small and beautiful. The ride back was less frightening and our driver took us straight back to the ship so we did not need to deal with the craziness of Roatan. Knowing who you are meeting is key. Unfortunately, we did not plan this excursion. It was planned by someone else in our party and nobody knew what was going on. It was almost to the point where we were going to turn around and go back to the ship.
