We love MSC. The only other cruise we have taken was with Disney. We will be revisiting for our 4th cruise with MSC.

Embarkation

Due to the Coronavirus paperwork and pre screening we waited 3 hours to board. We were offered no information as to why it took so long. I suspect they were also having computer issues.

We did the week long Aura Spa pass. So nice and relaxing. Deck Pools are salt water.

All entertainment was fantastic. The only thing I would change is the sound in the Broadway Theater is too loud. They need to turn it down. The entertainers are great!

Loved this ship. We booked another itinerary on the same ship for next year. So beautiful and clean. We were also impressed that the staff went the extra steps to make sure everyone used the hand sanitizer before entering the dining areas.

Size and cleanliness were great. My only complaint is the hardest of the bed.

Ship tip

Enjoy the experience of sailing with many different people from other countries. Brush up on a second language such as French or Spanish would be helpful.

Very easy to disembark. Our luggage was waiting for us a free we enjoyed a sit down breakfast in the Waves restaurant. We waited for our number to be called and it went very smoothly.
