I’ll never sail with MSC again. We had such a horrible week. We’ll stick with Princess. They know how to treat their passengers.

The waiter didn’t know what vegan meant. We ended up eating in the buffet for every meal which wasn’t great but at least we could choose vegan options. The reception sent us an apology gift- a bottle of champagne & a plate full of meat.

The entertainment was good. There wasn’t enough other shows that were interesting. Everything else you have to pay for.

Our steward was great. Bartenders were friendly. Dining room staff was nice but not efficient. Buffet staff told me to get my own water. While you’re eating staff will interrupt you to try to upsell you. We find this to be incredibly tacky & annoying.

It’s a beautiful ship but too closed in. Not enough windows or easy access to outdoors.

Cabin was great. No complaints. We spent most of our time there.
Beautiful island but we didn’t do any tours. That’s the reason for 3 stars. The port itself was like any other cruise port. Stores & people yelling at you to buy their stuff.
Considering English is 2and language for almost all the staff on MSC, not surprised they didn't know the American word "vegan" aka boring & scared of food. After all, in the grand scheme of things, it is a relatively new word in ametican English, even.
