Msc have lost the plot
Staff are impolite and rude
I didn't expect this from msc meraviglia who have spent so much money to build this ship yet the services and value is way below expectations

Again closed from 4 pm to 7 pm
Staff are not polite and buffet area is chaotic
Dirty tables not cleaned on time and due to the rush of cruisers it made things even worse

Limited entertainment which is pay as you use, staff at the entertainment were understaffed
Kids club staff were rude and impolite to kids
My kids got a scare of their life when told off why they don't speak French. A French movie was played for them and they had to sit through as they were so scared
My son started crying and preferred to swim rather than go to kids club
Over crowded pools
The hot tubs were cold and it was a shock to be told that the hot tubs are fine

There are better cruises
Msc is using its marketing to rope in clients but am sure once bitten twice shy
I wouldn't cruise with msc again
