Very nice ship and excellent ports of call. Crew still uncertain as to their roles and processes and thay need to better organize crowds at embarkation, disembarkation at ports and on board ship.
On line MSC site was very unfriendly and difficult to manage. Also MSC kept having me go to my on line cruise site to pre-book drinks packages, etc. I've never had to do this with any other cruise line. Very time consuming

The worst experience ever! Totally unorganized, extremely long wait and when I finally was the next in line to check in they closed the lane and had me over to another one. Not a very relaxing way to start a vacation.

Buffet food was ok, specialty Italian restaurant was not at al special and would not recommend. Main dining room food was ok but service very slow and staff very confused. Also had problem with reserving a table for my group. We had 4 cabins in total and was directed back and forth the first nit trying to get a table and no one wiling to take responsibility or in any way hospitable. Then when we finally got it sorted out, on the last night they decided to change our table and split us up. What a mess!

Cirque de Soleil show and dinner was excellent! Spa was very good but they kept trying to sell you stuff (too aggressive). Shopping promenade was very nice.

Staff very confused and not organized. Room service was terrible, kept calling and no one would answer. Finally got thru one time and ordered breakfast. They showed up one hour early for breakfast and told to be happy I even got it.
Exiting the ship became very dangerous one day when it was delayed and everyone started pushing and shoving and not staff was around to control and organize the crowd. A fight almost broke out.

Only disappointment was that we were told we would not disembark until 1:00 PM and we booked are transfers based on this information. The cruise arrived around 10:30
