The destinations were fantastic - we would not take a MSC excursion and/or cruise again - many of our excursions cost $50-$100 per person but the entrance fees to most places was about $12-$15 The staff seriously lacks customer service skills!

Extremely rude - used “I don’t speak English” or “I don’t understand” as a cop out - said “Okay” when you requested service or made a complaint - then did nothing.... supervisors really made no difference - they said they would “look into matter” but walked away never hearing anything again from them

Very clean - however ship layout was a bit challenging getting to the 14th floor or 13th from the 12th floor taking the steps

Cabin steward seldom removed dirty glassware or plates - had to set outside the door in hallway Balcony was filthy and covered in salt every day could not enjoy sitting on chairs
Total rip off! Went on Acropolis excursion and tour of city - after leaving Acropolis literally drove around the block and got dropped off to walk around town. That was suppose to be a panoramic tour of the city!
