Review summary

Cigarette smoke was present in the sleeping quarters, beautiful large window in outside cabins but really small living space and bathroom, clean corridors and common areas, small pool area, confusing layout, simple and elegant decor

The quality of the food was good, not excellent. There were not many options for people with diet restrictions- pork, dairy, shellfish, fruit allergies, etc.

Entertainment

About half of the shows were excellent. Great timing; not too long and very entertaining. Multiple languages became problematic at certain points so we avoided shows which involved talking.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5

The dining staff were pleasant although most could not communicate in English, German, French or Italian. Excusion staff did not know the excursions they were offering, provided false information and were rude. Cabin staff were efficient although did not follow the "do not disturb" signs all the time. The hotel engineering staff were wonderful about doing work in the room when requested.
