We booked this cruise for the itinerary, for the pizza and wine and I was not disappointed. I really love Italy and the fact we could visit a couple of cities was really nice. We had nice interactions with staff from main dining room but they still need training. I didn't liked the fact that every time they wanted to sell you something, we felt harassed. You clearly can see the Italian management........the staff and services are much better on NCL and Royal. We booked this trip last minute so I consider it a great value for money but to pay the full price I find it a waste of money.

Even it is a new ship the design of the main dining rooms is not ideal.....gives you the impression of coolness. The food is good, a lot of salads and dressings and pizza and pasta. Just love the Italian food. The fact they are making fresh mozzarella on board was mind blowing. But no Indian food was available. No tap water at the main dining rooms, I had to pay when requesting water.

I didn't liked that almost all of the time I felt harassed to buy something whenever I was siting at the table. No tap water at the restaurants, if I was requesting water I had to pay. Clearly they are not trained properly.

The color of the room was not screaming enjoy your sleep or just relax........but the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom is new and really nice. The room had a weird smell since it wasn't ventilated enough.

New ship with corridors that honestly felt like a maze. The main dining room was always overcrowded and most of the time we couldn't find a place at the table.
