Ship is beautiful, staff excellent, food average in restaurants, below average in the buffet

I am very disappointed at the photo. We ordered the package and the canvas was not given. So it was said the machine was not working. To compensate they told us we would get a usb with our pictures on the usb is mostly pics of the ship and deck plan. Not what was promised at all. Very saddened that we did not get what we paid for. Other than that everything else was good.

This was worth the cost and it fitted nicely in my itinerary whule here in Italy for a xonferrnce

The entire cruise was ruined when i got of the cruise to get my luggage and one piece of my Daughters (Alecia Verrone Cabin 12031) Luggage was missing with all the souveniers and her Mac Pro. Claim filed but no response, very disapointed.

Simply I had a blast can’t wait to return ! The food was good ! The service was great

For the price, it was a decent time. The fact that there were stops every day made the fact that the food wasn't so great tolerable. Also, the fact that we were off the boat every day also made up for the lack of entertainment. If we had a full day at sea, I think that it would have been tedious. Also, the fact that my children were older made the fact that the children's area wasn't the greatest something we could accommodate.

No juice justo some day or moments. The juice were awfull. Desserts were almost an okay

All I can say is I will never sail on this line again.

Wonderful staff, excellent food, clean ship, great entertainment.

Had a wonderful time i would like to see slot and blackjack tournaments in the casino like other ships. Ship very clean staff very nice and helpful.

This is an Italian cruise line and many of the guests and employees are Italian - I would guess about 50%. Not understanding Italian, I found it difficult to understand waiters & even the cruise director. They also gave all instructions in 5 languages, which I found iritating. So, even though this is a very nice ship, I would not go on it again.

Great Cruise. Fun Time. Enjoyed the drink package. First time with a balcony it was fantastic.

I would return to MSC if they had an itinerary/price that I could not find on another line. I've read reviews that said this line wasn't so good and we did not find that to be true. We did, however, find other lines to be better in quality and selections of food. The Buffet changed very little from day to day and offered mainly the same choices for the 11 days we were there. If you like Pizza, MSC does it best!

Had such a GREAT time tried to convince wifey to stay on board for next one but said no we had to come home. I still think it was a big mistake. Will be and am watching for more such deals from MSC for future trips,at present we are a diamond member on RCL so I will be reaching for the Black card,would have been but you changed point system just before we boarded,day late dollar shor story of my life. Thanks for a great trip, James

The service and the food was horrible. Very disappointed.

Whilst we selected MSC because the ship looked modern and luxurious, it was quite cramped and badly understaffed meaning service was almost non-existent. The food was very ordinary and availability was limited in hours, locations and variety.

RELAXING GOOD FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT POOR DRINK PACKAGE

MSC Divina is a beautiful cruise ship with many things to do onboard. There is several pools and hottubs around the ship and you are bound to find a spot anytime. Many activities I had not seen before like Bowling, 4D Cinema and F1 Simulator (Get a fun pass specially if you have kids. Otherwise it can get expensive) for the kids and adults to enjoy. Food was average as I have been on other ships were better options and quality. Avoid Guest Reception at all cost because they don't care to make your process easier and smooth. Photographers were great and friendly. Avoid Photo Shop on last night of cruise. Overall it was a great cruise.

Wonderful way to spend Christmas. Our waiter JR was amazing and service in the diningroom was great everynight. Not all guests had the same experience and we heard alot of angry guests but we had above average staff waiting on us. Entertainement was top shelf. Have not seen such wonderful dancers on a ship. I wish shows were longer but they were great. One night was barely 1/2 hour. No show on the first night was a disappointment. Did not miss not having a comedian or extra shows. Lounge musicians were great too.

We have traveled on many cruise lines. This one is by far the worst and we will never cruise with MSC again!
