It was a good cruise. Very disorganize for embarkation, dining excursion and debarkation. we were 5 friends everyone had different times for embarkation, different dining times and different buses for excursion

Review summary

Ship should be due for refurbishing. Need better control of people boarding that they board together and make sure that friends and family are dining together. More attention to people that are taking tours and travel together when on the same excursions.

The bar staff on the 5th deck were excellent ambassadors of MSC greeted us well gave us great service. WinaWati Ni Kadex and her co=workers were absolutely Fantastic always smiling and always happy to see us.. I'm sorry that I can't remember the other staffs names, that whole team was fabulous. At the dining room Suraji and his assistant were also excellent, they went out of there way to accommodate our crazy dining times and always be very friendly and happy to serve.. I hope That some of these people would be on the MSC Meraviglia in January 2025 as we are booked on a cruise then. Room attendant was also very proffessional

layout is a little complicated. Design is lacking. I don't like that the service desk was on the 5th floor were entertainment was the main component of the 5-6-7 floor. Dealing with the service desk with all the music and people chatter was almost impossible. The service Deck, the future cruise deck, the photo shop and excursion deck should all be together in a quiet section of the boat where discussions could be held in a quitter manner.

Ship tip

I hope you like pasta pasta pasta and cut up chicken legs and lots of salt.. Also It seems that each ship in the MSC family is operated independently. On the Meraviglia I had 30 friends travelling with me, 2 of those 30 people won 5 day free cruise for having obtained 5000 points in the casino, on the Divina you only got discounts of 10 or 20% for getting points. s
