Review summary

Did this ship transatlantic last may with different itinerary. Was a totally different experience. Passengers generally embarked in Miami and disembarked in civitavecchia. Picking up passengers in each port and having to endure the overhead announcements about safety drills several times during the voyage was irritating. Every small ensemble in every venue was WAY too loud! On first few days post embarking when business needs to be transacted with guest services, one shouldn't have to yell in order to be heard.

Many changes occurred as we got closer to the end (in a negative way)

Production cast was fabulous. All other shows were disappointing. Some talent was very good but not enough variety.

Ship Quality

Villa Rosa dining room was not easily accessible. After 3 nights we switched to black crab, deck 6, even though our assigned waiter in villa Rosa was exceptional. Some of the lounge seating is very uncomfortable. Some of the tables in LA Cantina wobbled so much we had to find another. The black and white lounge has a musty odor that smells like mold.

Loved the overnight

King's Wharf, Bermuda

Kings wharf is to far from Hamilton and st George's. Didn't like the ferry ride. Next time if docking at kings wharf will just stay in that area
