Review summary

This was our first MSC cruise and probably our last. The lines to get back on the ship at every port were ridiculous. The crew was great but the overall experience was just ok. Good pizza though

Check in was 2pm. Took about an hour to get on the ship. No idea why they let only a few people in at a time.

Cabin was great even though our TV would come on by itself. We just unplugged it 😆

Ship tip

Not many food options but plenty of bars throughout the ship. Pack your patience because you're going to need it.

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

Beautiful island. The lighthouse show is cool and we saw a beautiful sunset.

The pushy people outside the port made it impossible to enjoy. We went back to the port. Seems to be worse if you speak Spanish. Thankfully the port itself is nice.

We did the cultural and city tour. People were very friendly. Great coffee!

Disembarkation

Another nightmare. Got off close to 11am. Had to wait for our luggage tag to be called. POM didn't have face recognition so that was another long line.

We have been on the Divina as well and were not thrilled. Try a different MSC ship. The Meraviglia was much better in our opinion.
