Review summary

It was a nice spring getaway from Colorado. We enjoyed the food, staff and ship and will definitely do more MSC cruises. More variety of entertainment beyond production shows would be nice.

You need to find a new cruise director. David was rude and self centered. He actually said he would make fun of passengers having to leave during a show.?? Aren't we the customers? We sure didn't take the cruise to see that egotistical little twit.

Service and Staff

Our room steward was excellent. Thim the Effy clerk was fantastic and Hector the Maitre D were both top notch. Dining room staff acted a bit confused and were worried about what they were doing rather than much interaction with guests. (More training)

You're improving but still a mess. We purchased bus shuttle tickets to the airport, but since the ship only ordered two buses we waited in line for nearly two hours to get on a bus.
