Very nice trip, excursions were beyond compare. They too were booked with bj's travel. I will never again book direct through cruise line. This is not a party ship, so if this is what you are looking for, don't book this cruise.

Food was good. Service took a while. No less than hour and half for dinning servi e who h was difficult for little ones

Pools were nice but impossible during peak hours. Since we could not go to dinning because my kids did not habe the patience for it, we could enjoy the pools at that time

Mediocre, however it was nice to have them because other wise the ship is silent

Kids club was great and I like that they would feed them dinner. Unfortunately the kids corner food options were not the healthiest so I only let my kids go 2 nights. They hours were not consistent and were closed the night of the formal dinning night so we were not able to attend

Staff was great under any normal circumstance, however, if something arose out of the normal they were not so pleasant.
Ship Quality

Ship was very clean, however all the bathrooms had a weird smell

No issues with cabin. We enjoyed the adjoining room with our other members in our party.
Ship tip
Key card goes in the wall go get electricity to you room. Must ask for washcloths. Ask before hand for dinning itinerary so you know what clothes to pack.
