Review summary

MSC Staff are amazing and get to know you. Somehow they each have the ability to remember your name and conversations with you even though your among thousands they meet. This cruise was the best I’ve ever been on. This includes an injury my partner experienced due to her own fault. The medical staff was very attentive and provided service free of charge and treated her like a queen. I will be traveling with MSC again because of all this.

As long as you read and follow the pre embarkation instructions and arrive on time, smooth and quick. Don’t be that person to hold up the line because you forgot your Covid card or didn’t take a PCR test before arriving.

This is the only cruise I’ve been on so far that the staff truly go out of their way to remember your name and preferences. Genuinely friendly, most from East Asia like the Philippines. Everything was amazing, including late afternoon room makeup due to us sleeping in very very late. Antonio who covered our deck11 odd number rooms was beyond kind and always thoughtful in asking if we needed anything else. I wish there was an Antonio on every cruise line in the industry.
