Review summary

The disappointments were the thermal spa, they separate male and females-not so on other ships, they don't have a whirlpool either. My husband and I like going together so it was important for us to sit together in the steam room, sauna, ect. Food was not the greatest. Prob the worst hamburger I have ever tasted. Everything else was great. Staff were fantastic and everything sparkled.

Menu lacking, it would be good if they had a better fall back menu in case you did not like regular menu items, ie: chicken breast, hamburger, ect.

I love MSC shows. Every show we went to rocked!

Dining staff waiters Zimo and Praveen always had a smile and anticipated every need. We never had to ask for water, or wine refills. Hostess Field was accomodating and friendly, she expressed her desire that we be very happy with service.

Very roomy, lovely balcony, very comfortable bed.

Ship tip

Do not expect a smart ship like Miraviglia. You can't use the MSC and me app.

My absolute favorite to visit. The water is crystal clear, the island is kept clean, the lunch served is tasty.

Disembarkation

Probably the fastest we have ever left a ship. Within 30 min we stood in line when our do blue luggage was called, had been through customs and was in the shuttle on our way to our car.
