The only other thing I have to say is that I am so impressed by the morale that was carried in the air by both staff and guests. It's impossible to have a bad day when every day is so uplifting and uniquely special!

I want to brag on our waiter who was assigned to us for our dining experience each night. Our waiter's name was Gushary (sincere apologies if that is not spelled correctly) at the Black Crab Restaurant. He made the experience so personal and intimate. Each night he gave us our dishes, along with one dish that was his favorite (and of course they were always delicious!). He also made us a turkey made out of cloth napkins that we were able to take back to our room.
But what really stood out to me was his hospitality towards me personally. On the last night we visited the restaurant, I mentioned that I had been seasick all day and didn't think I would have a big appetite that night for dinner. Next thing I knew, he brought me saltine crackers and apple slices, telling me how in the Philippines they eat apple slices to help with nausea. That little gesture made me feel so recognized and cared for, and almost brought me to tears. After the meal, he brought out a handmade rose made from a paper napkin, which I still have sitting on my nightstand. He went above and beyond anything I would ever expect of a server.
Furthermore, because of him, I have started to do research on what it would take for me to become a member of a cruise line staff. He inspired me and opened my eyes to something I would never have thought about seeking out before. He deserves nothing but wonderful things to come to him towards his career and future at MSC.

Our favorite part of the night was by far Karaoke and the Lighthouse Dance party. Dancing our hearts out and building up the courage to sing in front of dozens of people was definitely something I will never forget.

I fell in love with the entertainment team! Along with Gushary at the Black Crab Restaurant, the entertainment team is another reason why I am going to be seeking out a career with MSC Cruise Lines in the near future!

The cabin was so comfortable and clean, it was made to feel like home away from home. Our housekeeper was an absolute doll and made sure everything was tidy and neat. We never expect that but we of course are more than appreciative for the service we received concerning our cabin.
