Review summary

We had a very relaxing holiday all the stress disappeared the moment we stepped on the ship the staff were so welcoming, we met so many nice staff and other cruisers we definitely will be going on another MSC Cruise.

The waiters were 1st class ie Benedict, Rafael, Jennifer and Bhadri to name just a few were exceptional but overall were great.

The service was 5+ in every way they were all courteous, kind, helpful and accommodating nothing was a problem to them and they made you feel very special

Our room steward was very efficient and courteous she made us feel very comfortable, the cabin was clean and tidy but because of the age it looked tired.

Ship tip

Although the food is not on par with other ships it was very well presented and edible and you will always find something to eat. Personally I was happy with the choices I made
