I have reached out to the MSC President and CEO to discuss the food issues. If they Americanize their food offerings, we would definitely sail MSC again.

While MSC has some technologically smart ships the Divina is not one of them. We have been spoiled by excellent apps with RCI and Viking and felt slighted by MSC.

MSC has a lot of work to do in bringing their culinary offerings up to American standards…very limited selections in the dining room and in the buffet. We found ourselves checking the menus in both venues to try to find food we wanted to eat for dinner. Not an issues on other cruise lines we have sailed with in our 30 cruises. We conversed with many of the guests on the ship, and even some staff we got to know, and there was an overwhelming dissatisfaction with the food overall.

With our cruise at only 630 passengers, there were plenty of pool lounge chairs, and room in the two pools.

A little small, but we spend little awake time in our staterooms. The main drawback were the limited channels in the television.

If food is important to you, think twice about sailing MSC.
