The Divina is my favorite “class” of ship. Small enough to be personal. I wish they had a more central shopping area and lounges like RC does on so many ships but you do figure it out. We had no trouble with pool chairs, our room was nice and we loved Ocean Cay!! I would cruise on Divina again for sure.
Embarkation
3 out of 5
Unusual circumstance. The Divina was not in “F” like it is normally.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Fantastic service in lounges, waiters etc. pizza better than on the Seaside, daily lunch at the buffet seemed to have bigger selections of “additional” things other than hamburgers and pizza etc
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
The pool was always fun! So many fun silly activities and great music pool side. The gym was quiet - but I liked it that way!
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We didn’t see any of the stage shows but we loved the singers in all the bars.
Children's Programs
No children in our group.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We saw our cabin steward every single day. We had pre dinner drinks in the silver lounge every night and day 2 the waitress knew our names and drink orders. Our table changed from day 1 to day 2 and our new waiter welcomed us with open arms. Him and his assistant were wonderful.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The public restrooms need more cleaning. Just not enough people assigned to that task I’m sure but in comparison to other ships and cruise lines the restrooms needed help.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was great looking. Full length mirror, great storage, nice sitting area and makeup mirror with stool. I feel like it was a bit bigger than on Seaside.
Ship tip
Purchase a small photo package ahead of time! Have them hold all tour photos at the photo desk all week and then pick the favorites at the end! We also tried the small 20 piece laundry for the first time so we could avoid bigger luggage and was thrilled with it! We also did the walk off on the last day instead of sitting in the lounge for hours. Would highly recommend!
No excursion but we did a day at the beginning and end. Loved the Bayside Market place. Sat on the water at one of the restaurants closest to the board and watched all the cruise ships leave! Last minute shopping at all the stores too!
We love the new island ! Your drink package works, there are food trucks, bars, a lunch buffet. Lots of swimming! The beach is like powder. Lots of cute little souvenir stores. (MSC stuff also) we rented floats and an umbrella. Umbrella was brand new in the package! Great job MSC. I’m hoping the cruisers don’t ruin it!
Best ever. Hand carried off early. We drove to the Keys for the day and were 1/2 way there by the time our group would have disembarked (we were the 10:20 group) we walked off at 8:30.
Seems you enjoyed your cruise....great! Kim and I really like the Divina (several times). For you, a cruise on the MSC Meraviglia might satisfy your shopping and lounge desires....lot of it on the Meravilgia.
It is truly a beautiful ship. Still enjoy the Divina, but experiencing the Meraviglia was a delight.
