Review summary

Had dietary issues and it seemed like no one knew what a dairy allergy is or what someone that has one can eat. Just found customer service to be lacking tremendously, and I will probably never Cruise MSC again as I have never had any related issues on any other cruise line.

Waited hours in line to get on boat. There has to be a better way to get people on the boat. Maybe try the way you disembarked??

Our dinner staff was top notch. However every other course fell short of our expectations.

The only reason I did 3 stars was because of our waiter and his supervisor during the dinner hours. We never saw our room steward... bar staff was always rude and slow. Bar manager offered us bottle of champagne for our troubles, as it was our honeymoon and wife’s birthday. That was very nice.
