Review summary

Gorgeous ship, great entertainment, comfortable sleeping quarters, wonderful spa. Food ok. Night before disembarkment extremely loud while picking up luggage.

I’m not much of a foodie but found the choices aboard Divina in the main dining room and buffet to be adequate. Great service although quality of food was only adequate.

Paul was my stateroom attendant. Very pleasant with warm smile. Main dining room service table 515 Evanne and Kristiadi both were AWESOME, engaging and willing to accommodate. Both wanted to make sure your dining experience exceeded your expectations. Interesting that the majority of staff onboard I found to be helpful with the exception Josef in Guest Services. He was disengaged, no eye contact with guests and seemed displeased to be answering questions. He did not dig deep to offer helpful tips or anticipated the guest need anticipate the guests needs or to provide helpful tips.

Ship tip

Divina is what you make it. People of all nationalities complaining about rude guests and rude staff, etc. Choose battles carefully, remember why you’re onboard, maintain a positive attitude and share positive vibes. I did not feel welcomed by one employee Josef in Guest Services. Other than interaction with Josef, all went well.
