Aurea experience was good value for money. Especially the sun deck and drinks. (Classic)
If you're not bothered about food quality then you'll be fine otherwise be prepared to pay and eat in eatily or the sushi restaurant.
Thank you Richard our steward for the towel birds and swans on our 30th anniversary. Great guy xx

Disappointing, repetitive. Main courses in restaurant was also served in buffet on several nights. Quality was almost canteen standard.

Fitness centre and spa used.
Entertainment

DJ didn't listen when we tried to tell him the music was too loud. Most guests left the disco covering their ears.
Sax player was annoyingly following you around dance floor playing the odd note.
Frank Cinatra night ok but only show we saw.

Service and Staff

Richard our room steward was great.
Reception were rude, making no eye contact, dismissive and no smiles!!
Buffet staff were a mix, the best were Omellette guy, he was great and remembered you from day 1. Also the ladies with the hand gel, #lovely.
A lot of guests were bad mannered to the staff, we witnessed abusive language to the staff on several occasions, it's no wonder the staff are grumpy. #yougetbackwhatyougive we always said hello and asked staff how they were, it's just respectful.

Most cruise ships are designed similarly. Just the decor is different.
