Terrible experience unorganized with the MSC cruise ship Divina and as a customer celebrating my 25th year wedding anniversary I would like to receive a partial discount or a discount on a future cruise of my choice as a cruiseonly customer. My husband and 2 children were very disappointed of our cruise experience.

There was not enough cruise staff on the boat to accomodate the passenger's. The safety drill was not organized or sufficient for the passengers. My family felt rushed at all times and frustrated.

My cabin room wasn't clean thoroughly. It was cleaned once in the morning with the bathroom having a daily odor smell. We conplained twice to the ships customer service. The staff on the ship was limited therefore our room needs were not met

Do an extensive review on the particular ships customer reviews before making a purchase
Ft. Lauderdale cruise port terminal was much more organized than the Miami Port. We had to park long term parking on the other side of the building at least a mile on the other side of the building. We had to pay a Taxi $10 to take us to our car as a customer. Unbelievable
The cruise ship arrived late and rushed us back on the ship to depart early We had to wait at least 40 minutes for a ferry to pick us up amd take us to land. We did not have enough time to enjoy our vacation experience. Our paid excursion was shorten by at least 2 hours.
The cruise ship arrived late and rushed us back on the ship to depart early. Our excursion was delaye and cancelled. We did not receive a refund back from our 3rd party travel excursion. They gave us a hard time.
