Ship tip

The service is not going to be what you have recived on other ships, so if you never sailed befor you will be fine. If you sailed a lot you will be disappointed in the staffs lack friendlyness. Especially in dinner room

I wish there was reasons for the low grades. How can the cruise line improve if they don't know what the problem is?
