Review summary

It was a wonderful cruise overall. The food was good as were the drinks. The entertainment is phenomenal! I would go on MSC again. I would not spend the extra cost for the specialty restaurants, as the food was not to our taste, the wait for service was as long as an hour between courses for us, and there really was no "special" attention given. To each his own though,

There was such a delay in getting noticed and served in the bar area and the specialty restaurants. Some bars did not open until noon even on "at sea" days.

The shows were phenomenal!! The dancing and singing amazing.

This ship was absolutely beautiful and tastefully designed.

The balcony cabin was very nicely decorated and clean. My only issue is there is no place to (like o. Other ships) in the room except on the bed. There is no area as in other ships to put on your makeup except in the bathroom.

Ship tip

Enjoy the splendor of the ship and see the shows, even in all the bar area. Just be patient about the wait for service. Where are you going anyway?

I sailed on the Divina during (2014) its first season in FL. I enjoyed it! Despite all the negative reviews it was a wonderful experience and very different from our American cruise lines. I will return to the Divina next month for Christmas and New Years sailing.

We had a group of 4 senior Cples , ate in the MDR and buffet, once we had the pizza at the specialty restaurant was great, no complaints , our early seating went from 600 pm till 730 /745 pm , but we were in no hurry our server was overworked but we said he was doing his best, no complaints

A lot of people sitting there complaining about the food on the Divina. Although we have never experience any of this special day restaurants my wife and I both think that the food in the main dining areas and on the buffets is excellent, in the service in both areas has always been phenomenal in our opinion🚢🍕👌
