Review summary

Good. Services rendered in the dining room, in the cabin and at the Golden Jazz Club was exceptional. In the Buffet Area was the most frustrating experience.

Service on the main dining room was excellent. Waiters on the dining room were very polite and friendly. Pepito Doctor and one other waiter he was working with were exceptional. Rosemarie our room steward was always smiling and attended to what we need. Jessica Ubalde , bar waiter was very attentive and accommodating. She remember everybody's name , smile and talk to you when she see you. These are the kind of employees that one should keep. Sad to say, some waiters in the Buffet area are not as good as the others in rendering customer services.
