Review summary

I enjoyed the crew's hospitality and knowledge. They always had a smile and greeted us no matter how many times we walked past them. There was always something to do. I would have liked to get more information about the wait time for the cabin. However, would we have not had carry-on luggage it would have been more enjoyable for us to walk around while waiting on our cabin. I would recommend the MSC Divina to my friends and family.

I did have a complaint about there being blood on a bath towel. A fresh towel was brought to the room and we were told that a supervisor would talk with us; no one ever spoke with us about the incident. I would have liked to feel that it mattered more to the one in charge than what it seemed.

Ship tip

Make sure to pack lightly for carry on as you may have to wait for your room. There is a lot to see and would be more enjoyable without having to carry around so much luggage. They do have a place to put your luggage; however, we did not feel comfortable leaving our belongings which is up to the ind

TammyandJim, what time did you board, when were you able to go into your cabin, and then what approx time was your luggage delivered to the cabin? We are usually not that concerned about when luggage arrives. If it happens in the early evening during dinner is ok, but the important time for us is when we have access to our cabin to get rid of the carry-ons, to freshen up, and change into the items from our carryon.

We wondered around and ended up at the dining room on your first nite you can wear anything to the dining room , our luggage musts arrived during early seating

Tullibody, it can vary each cruise. On average you get it not long after the rooms have been announced as ready. However, I've gotten my luggage as late as 7pm.
