Had priority embarkation but no one would allow us to use it. Stood in line 3 hours😠

Main dining fare was avg to poor with small portions. Buffets was the same everyday. The only thing they changed was a the meat at dinner. Breakfast was exactly the same for 6 days.

Pools were small and overcrowded, no oversight and kids were in all but one hot tub

Went to one show. Tribute to Queen. Sung by a heavily accented European and a heavily accented Latino Left. Bars were sit and stare at each other or listen to a sax player. One had a jukebox

My son age 12, was told the only thing for him was video games the 4D studio and the virtual grand prix car(which stayed broke the entire cruise). He begged to get off the boat after day 2.

Service and Staff

Onw waiter was TERRIBLE, we were seated at 7 and left at almost 10. Others were decent. Customer service didn't have a clue. I was given bad information several times. Had to fight to get items that were supposed to be included on my package. Room steward was AWESOME. bar staff would say they were out of a brand of whiskey at their bar and make me go to another to be served that brand

Not built or ready for southern humidity. Ac was sweating and buckets to catch drips were all over the place. Carpet had musty smell
