Review summary
This was our second cruise in the DIVINA in 2016. For our 50th anniversary we took all our family and a big group of friends, in this ship, and we wanted to repeat it by ourselves; so we did it again in December. We did get a much better cabin this time and our cabin attendant was one of the bests we ever had.
The food in the Eataly restaurant was excellent, but the food in the Black Crab restaurant was HORRIBLE. At times inedible and the maitre d' did not come by our table once in the 10 days of the cruise. I have been on 26 cruises and the food in this ship is the worse I have ever had.
The embarkation process was atortious. Much worse than our previous cruise with MSC. It took us over 2 hours to get on board, and we had priority boarding.
Otherwise this is a good ship with an excellent crew.

Ship tip
I would wait until they get their act together on the food. The food at the restaurants is horrible. At the buffet is better, but still they do run out of food and it is mostly cold. The pizzas at the buffet are excellent.
