I feel that during the cruise, the Yacht Club did fall short of several key aspects of service. 1. Pool area: The life guard acted as a deck boy too. Towels were very hard to come by. One additional staff member would rectify thoits issue. In the morning, when the mats are put out, towels should be placed on the mats too. The area under the octopus should have a pyramid of additional towels at the ready too. When you're paying a premium, you expect the service to match what you're paying for. 2. Ground transportation: At Marseilles and Barcelona, bus service was offered to town center from the pier. Yacht Club guests should receive this for free. Again, we're already paying a premium and should receive services reciprocal to what we're paying for. 3. Main theater: MSC needs to completely fire the dancers and singers as their performances where absolutely HORRIBLE. Combine that with a lack of variety of entertainment around the ship, it made enjoying the events not that enjoyable.

We are a couple in our 40’s with a 9 year old from the U.S... definitely the minority. All of the announcements and kids club activities had to be said in about 5 different languages which was interesting. We actually liked hearing all of the different languages and it was a great learning experience for the most part. There were a handful of rude people. The entertainment wasn’t really our speed but the bars and lounges were good. We really enjoyed the speciality restaurants and ports.

Hard to get through to front desk. Difficult to get attention. Shouldn't have gotten that Duplex suite due to my torn meniscus was hard to move up and down stairs and no concierge or Butler although I paid more for this room that my friend in yacht club suite. Tried to switch but the Yacht club concierge was rude to me. Stating " I already told you there are no rooms!" But my friend got one the second day.

Good choice of destinations. Very good support to choose excursions in different ports. Very friendly staff. Nice food in Paseidonia restaurant; but lack of different food in buffet. Show - very good, but sometimes too loud

Bellissima is a beautiful ship, but the crew seemed very unhappy in their jobs. Buffet food was very ordinary and was very repetitious. Excursions were expensive and had lots of free time included, which made excursions not value for money. Would not recommend MSC to friends. Have done 11 cruises on other lines.

we had a fabulous cruise from start to finish. I would highly recommend MSC Cruises. We are already planning our next cruise.

Bar and restaurant staff are the nicest and no personal welcome back when boarded

Fantastic ship with great service and super staff. Beautiful cities and tours we booked trough the ship. The weather was super and no wind at sea. Our best recommendation fore this ship and its staff!

The ship itself is stunning and has all the mod cons. We got a great price and therefore i really couldn't complain. The comparisons i have done are due to cruising with Royal Caribbean twice before. The main Gallerie space is really the "spend your money gallerie" The shops are too expensive and there were no big sales like Royal Caribbean, probably because this ship was going round the port itinerary in a loop therefore different people were starting at different times. The speciality restaurants are also off this main Gallerie so it felt a bit strange to be hanging around when you weren't buying the £7 waffle or £100+ dining option. The photographers are also annoying. The rates are so high that you just don't want to spend over £100 on a few photos. People have good phone cameras!

Totally amazing staff ship everything 100% can’t fault

Beautiful ship, most of the entertainment staff were very friendly but others looked lost, didn’t know how to communicate with passengers. Shows were very good. Food lovely. We had easy drinks package and it was sufficient. Slow service in some bars, but that’s to be expected where there’s approximately 5000 passengers. Aquapark a must, slides were great fun. Not everyone washes their hands or use sanitizer when entering buffet and restaurant, on other cruises we’ve done a member of staff made sure that was done before entering. Even when going aboard they had no sanitizer on the steps of the ship. Restaurant was ok. Small portions of food. One particular waiter would not serve us tea after the dinner because he said it would ruin the flavor of the wine we just had, even though we didn’t care about the flavor we just wanted a cup of tea after dinner and he refused to give it to us, he explained he was a science student!!! A lot of the staff were very inexperienced and not that friendly towards passengers, not like other cruise ships we’ve done, where we’d say, can’t wait to return and meet them lovely people again. Overall a lovely ship but some staff in public areas a let down.

Registre mi cabina y la de mi hermana con la misma tarjeta de credito al embarcar y al desembarcar la detuvieron porque tenia una deuda. Tuve que pagar con VISA. Yo espero que no dupliquen el pago. En otros cruceros que he tomado no habia que pagar las bebidas, al menos no el agua. Muy excesivo el costo.

The cruise staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Being in the VIP section the food needed serious help.

Msc Bellissima is the most beautiful cruise ship at sea, she really does live up to her name #beautyatsea. Msc really have exceeded expectations with this ship. Entertainment staff best ever had the same crew on Msc Seaview last year and love what they do 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Overall it was a fun ship and I would cruise on the Bellissma again. I would try the Yacht club next time to have a more private and refined experience.

Big ship and bad designed. Always crowded in the promenade, all night parties took place into Bellissima Lounge with no more than 20 seats. Few outside areas. Too much technology, Zoe is a joke, "ATMs" works strange sometimes. It happens not have cash to give my change and took 45 minutes for a front desk guy to solve my problem. I think it was first time when this type of issue occurred. Cleanliness-perfect Staff-not much interact, no problems when needed. Cabin-perfect, interior 14052 Food-normal MSC Shows-worst experience, need to book every night, very small theatre, always crowded and bad shows. Everything interesting was moved to charged Cirque du Soleil, which was great (Syma). Entertainment-not much interact. Pools and aqua park-great, heated water and, strange, not so crowded.

This was our first Mediterranean cruise and first cruise with MSC. We really enjoyed the itinerary and the itinerary was very nice.

Top of the list cruise experience! We still prefer Royal. Make sure and see Rome and Venice as well, the two best cities not on itinerary!

Great ship and great cruise. There are also disadvantages, but they are few. Recommend
