Review summary

Hard to get through to front desk. Difficult to get attention. Shouldn't have gotten that Duplex suite due to my torn meniscus was hard to move up and down stairs and no concierge or Butler although I paid more for this room that my friend in yacht club suite. Tried to switch but the Yacht club concierge was rude to me. Stating " I already told you there are no rooms!" But my friend got one the second day.

Food was not as good as expected in the Main Dining Room. Room service limited menu-Pizza & sandwiches. Couldn't get breakfast even though I had a Duplex suite. No special attention

Cabin was clean, bed was cozy and comfortable but my choice for this room was based on 2 bathroom and two closets

Ship tip

Don't get the Duplex suite if you have friend in Yacht club class. Very much distinction between the two. I always had better suite serve on EVERY other cruise.

Loved Messina, did a City tours. Saw the Church of Messina where at 12noon the Bells sound and there is a four story show outside of church where the Lion Roars three times the Eagle screeched and saints rotated all the "Ave Maria"
