Review summary

Bellissima is a beautiful ship, but the crew seemed very unhappy in their jobs. Buffet food was very ordinary and was very repetitious. Excursions were expensive and had lots of free time included, which made excursions not value for money. Would not recommend MSC to friends. Have done 11 cruises on other lines.

London room stage show was excellent and top rate, but Cirque du Soleil show which we had to pay extra for was terrible and not up to CDS standard with exception of one actress.

Cabin was good except we were not informed until 3 days prior that it was obstructed. Had a nice view of a lifeboat.

Gave us the wrong colour tag which almost made us miss our transfer until we questioned it just in time.

We were on MSC Bellissima 6-13th September and your comments sum up our week also. 1st and last time with MSC, probably, but ship was stunning!
