Beautiful ship, most of the entertainment staff were very friendly but others looked lost, didn’t know how to communicate with passengers. Shows were very good. Food lovely. We had easy drinks package and it was sufficient. Slow service in some bars, but that’s to be expected where there’s approximately 5000 passengers. Aquapark a must, slides were great fun. Not everyone washes their hands or use sanitizer when entering buffet and restaurant, on other cruises we’ve done a member of staff made sure that was done before entering. Even when going aboard they had no sanitizer on the steps of the ship. Restaurant was ok. Small portions of food. One particular waiter would not serve us tea after the dinner because he said it would ruin the flavor of the wine we just had, even though we didn’t care about the flavor we just wanted a cup of tea after dinner and he refused to give it to us, he explained he was a science student!!! A lot of the staff were very inexperienced and not that friendly towards passengers, not like other cruise ships we’ve done, where we’d say, can’t wait to return and meet them lovely people again. Overall a lovely ship but some staff in public areas a let down.

Great pool side entertainment staff, but some of them would need to be friendlier to passengers and not just ignore us. Theatre entertainment was good.

Some staff were nice others weren’t, they wouldn’t even speak to you. Slow service in some bars but that’s to be expected on a big ship with approximately 5000 passengers

Not enough seating areas in bars, had to stand a lot of the time, unlike other ships where there loads of seating areas. Very uncomfortable seats in the tv lounge.

Enjoy and get up early on sea day to get loungers together.
Very hot, waited ages for free shuttle bus to arrive but it never showed up, security guard reckoned he was having a siesta. I’d recommend leaving the ship early to avail of the free shuttle bus.
Was supposed to have the confiscated alcohol returned to our room the night before we disembark but wasn’t. Went to reception the morning of disembark to collect the alcohol but was told I could collect it on the way out at security. Asked them about it and they sent me back to reception, well after a long wait I eventually got it at reception. Luckily I had time to spare otherwise I’d have to leave it with them, because we had transfers to the airport book with them. So make sure you get your confiscated items returned to you the night before, because reception is very busy the morning of disembark.
