Not one of my favourite as far as food and
beverage go bit disappointed as it was a european cruise line expected the coffee to be excellent.

Waited a long time nobody seemed to now what they were doing and the guest services desk had a very loud band playing right near it so made it impossible to hear each other we walked away thought that was pretty stupid

Main dining staff were excellent food wasn't real good though I don't think we were the only ones that thought that either looking at the number of empty tables at night
Could not get a hot cappuccino the whole cruise and the cups were so small you would have to order two at a time and most of the time cans of soft drink and bottles of sparkling water was not cold the buffet had hardly any variety at night very disappointing compared to other cruiselines and no desognated coffee shop either

Well ot would be nice if there were free movies and tv series in the room we are australian and the five days at sea were pretty boring with only cnn that was in english and 7 free movies

The room stewards seem to be run off thete feet we had no tisdues in our balcony cabin we were told they only put them in yacht club room which is rediculous with something so basic there was a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff

Don't get your laundry done it is way to expensive.
