Review summary

All in all we wouldn’t go on MSC again. I can’t say enough good things about Cosme Shane and Dale. The website is terrible and waiting on the phone to talk to a customer service rep for extended periods is ridiculous

All of the staff were fantastic. Cosmetic and Shane were outstanding in La Pergola. Dale our cabin steward was efficient and very accommodating. Customer Service was great.

I never saw anyone cleaning the washrooms during the day. The hand sanitizers were often empty. However there were staff with spray bottles with sanitizer

We didn’t think our room was a suite. We have had larger balcony rooms. The furniture was shabby. There were no electrical plugs in the bathroom. No directions to operate things like the shower. The bathroom smell was terrible. No matter how great Dale was the smell was there. He also found an electrical cord so we had a plug. The deck dividers banged all night. We really liked the walk-in closet and all of the drawers
