We absolutely loved our time with MSC! This was our first cruise but I would do it again for sure! It was affordable and allowed us to visit multiple ports that we had on our bucket list. The food, ship and service was so great we have no complaints!

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
All of the food was fantastic! Not once did I have a complaint. The dining rooms had wonderful service, the buffet was so huge with options for everyone and the specialty restaurant was fantastic and very affordable!

Entertainment
5 out of 5
The theater shows were amazing, unbelievable! The onboard activities were so much fun, the dancing and bingo and games in the bars at night.
Children's Programs
I didn't bring children with me
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone was so friendly. Our dedicated cleaning lady was fantastic and always kept it impeccable. The waiters were all so friendly and really got to know you. All of the staff were friendly and easy to deal with.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Exceptionally clean! The ship was easy to navigate and provided entertainment for everyone.
Cabin / Stateroom

I would pay for the bigger room and bathroom next time. The bed was incredibly comfortable with multiple pillow options, but not very much space for moving around. I appreciated the closet and safe.
Ship tip
Use the stairs, elevator wait times are too long for the short time it takes to climb a few flights.
Miami is convenient and they have it down packed how to load and unload ships. We went to the Everglades and thoroughly enjoyed it. Dinner on Miami Beach was wonderful as well!
We only had enough time to do our excursion and I would have loved to have more time there but it was gorgeous and everyone was so nice. We went Ziplining over Dunn's River Falls and then climbed up the waterfall with Chukka. It was fantastic
We did not do an excursion as we didn't have time to go to the Caves I wanted to. But we walked around and shopped. It felt very safe and had some good deals. It was a hot day but it was beautiful
The port was okay, very busy with lots of people trying to sell things. We booked privately with Native Choice Tours to visit Chacchoben and loved them! The tour guide was amazing, very knowledgeable and the ruins were great.
The long day at the island was fantastic. Lots of sun bathing and swimming and we were able to go paddle boarding which was really fun. The parade, dance and lighthouse show at the end of the night made it unforgettable. It will be even better once they finish developing the island, and hopefully they will have more food options, especially for dinner.
Thank you for your positive review. My husband is taking me on my first cruise for my 50th bday. We'll be on the Armonia in May. I'm so excited. Even more so after reading your review!!
Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it. Another reviewer from the same sailing rated most things 1 star and said the food was terrible. I don’t understand how anyone could not find something to eat on a cruise.
