Exceptionally clean, beautifully set, and deliciously organized - our waiter, Kishawn Wilkinson from St. Vincent was the best- he knew just how to assist us in ordering from the delicious menu and his attention to the children was exceptional- always had a smile that lit up his face and the room - caring and compassion was evident in the manner he looked at us and served us

We enjoyed all! The pool and kids pad was the best- we walked around deck taking in the beautiful view of the ocean

Amazing performances-We attended all shows at 7: o’clock pm the acrobatic men and women were incredible and the rest of the ensemble was just spectacular - the cruise staff- Directors Miguel and Kevin-we the hosts with the most- funny and so endearing - truly felt like one big family jamboree- The cruise staff - just wow!! Maverick, Wally, Alec, Kimberly and Sarah and the others whose name we cannot recall were just awesome! The overall feeling was that of hanging out with family- we laughed so hard the night of the staff variety show!! Hysterical! When Alec came out with the big Mexican hat and spoke with the audience!!! And Maverick, trying to engage with us only to have somebody drag him back stage!! And the girl who performed Whitney’s song!! OMg! We just could not stop laughing!! Thank you to all of you for such a memorable time. We can’t wait to take our next MSC cruise

Amazing staff-Sarah, Ana, Carlos, Roberto and the rest of the staff were so attentive to Samantha and the rest of the children there. It is evident they enjoy the children - the engage them in activities that foster friendships and fellowship

Albert Rabenaivo was our Stuart and he was amazing - such attention to detail and he surprise our daughter every day with where he positioned her stuffed plush llama- she looked forward to seeing where her Daisy would be!
He replaced our pool towels without us having to ask and the room always looked so inviting and warm after a day full of excursion fun- it really felt like a home
Kishawn Wilkinson from St Vincent was outstanding as our waiter in the dining room
Kimberly and Sarah from South Africa - their interest in Samantha during Arts & Crafts was truly memorable and one we will never forget -
Our Captain Hansen - he was professional and took time to speak with us one night- he read through the roster to make us aware of where all the passengers were from - just wow! It was really neat to hear who we were traveling with and to know that we were all family for the week - His humor was hysterical and we hope to travel with him and his crew real soon-

The ship’s design and layout were just right- very well maintained and easy to navigate through- this was our first cruise with MSC with our 10-year old daughter and we had such an amazing experience- far exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to book our next one with MSC- my husband and I decided we would only travel with MSC from now one because of the standard they have established for service, ease of travel, and the overall feeling of traveling as if with family.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was cozy and so comfortable- our 10-year old daughter enjoyed the loft bed and we looked forward to seeing where Albert Rabenaivo, our Stuart had placed her Daisy Llama- our cabin was always clean and ready for us when we returned from our adventures on shore

Get ready to experience cruising on the Armonia MSC- style
Good port - evident they are working on making it better - despite construction, it was easy to access the area we needed to reach and the people were so friendly and helpful- our excursion with Shore Excursions Ziplining- we had an amazing time!!
Great port - evident it is highly commercialized - ease of access for taxis - interesting about the dogs sniffing, but totally understandable- our excursion was with Dolphin Discovery and we had an awesome time
