I have been on 20+ cruises and the msc armonia was the worst cruise ive ever had.

ship should be parked next to the titanic. even customer service said maybe they should sell the ship to the chinese. and it lacked everything

main dining room service stunk food wad always just warm as if it was just waiting on plates and many meals uneatable. buffet very small and very few selections and not good food at all

no entertainment at all. no comedians, only ond bad band on boat that only played fon about a half an hour a night. shows were horrible, casino extremely small pools filled with hot water , only 2 small hot tubs that combined fit about 8 people. couldnt even cool off in outdoor shower by pool water to the shower scolding hot

clean but they are stingy with toilet paper and tissues had to steal toilet paper off cart. was not told about toilets being shut down either
