Service deck staff poor. Dining staff great. Room service hidden fees for continental brkf., BELLA class (low class) passengers made known once set sail. Cabin stewart poor English which caused confusion for our room cleaning times daily.
Ship Quality

Design had blocked floors for hard accessing. Small, narrow hallways, old decor and bath fixtures, poor internet wifi, no way to keep track of our bill unless service desk print out. Shops onboard had short open hours, port times were short stay ( arrive at 11 am and depart 3 or 5 pm, tender board 2-3 hrs wait only allowing access with a pre ticket.
Cabin / Stateroom

Super small, old, outdated bath, little clothing space, one closet for two people. No shelving. Only 6 inches to get around foot of bed. Only Six feet from foot of bed to exit door. O
Ship tip
Choose another cruise line all together. MSC is not a normal Caribbean ship for regular cruisers or first time. I have sailed with several different companies to know difference
Cruise director helped us more than staff. The country itself was amazing. Please to get self tours and excursions once through customs. CUC money only exchange needs done at home bank before ever boarding ship. Long waits to get off ship. Poor communication by staff on what and how to exit.
